Originally from Portugal but brought to South Africa via the Portuguese-Mozambicans and is a combination of Red Bell Pepper, Paprika, Thyme, Garlic, Bird's Eye Chill (although we make it non spicy) and other spices. This hand craft organic (no preservatives) Peri Peri marinade/cooking sauce is great for pre marinating a variety of meats and then frying, grilling and/or BBQ'ing.
